Q: What does the dj services include? WEDDINGS, CORPORATE EVENTS, CELEBRATIONS

A: All dj services and packages include lighting, sound and an experienced industry DJ, All packages include Delivery, Setup, Operation and Pack up of all equipment (no hidden costs)

Q: How much time do you need to setup your equipment?

A: We arrive at least 1-2 hours prior to ensure that set-up and a sound check is complete before starting.

 

Q: My venue requires the DJ to be insured. Do you carry insurance?

A: Yes, we have $30,000,000 comprehensive liability and equipment insurance policy.

Q: What will be the music style during the ceremony, reception etc?

A: Music during ceremony & dinner is normally background music that is usually slow romantic chilled rnb and top40 or Smooth jazz, and when Dancing music is required we have a wide variety of old classics through to the current hits to keep your guests dancing all night long.

Q: We will be having a various ages attending, what kind of music do you have?

A: All Music Styles and ages are Catered For:

All music is clean and adjusted professionally for every event setting. We are versatile in old-school music and new-school, and can adjust the style depending on the crowd.

Q: Do I have to pick the music?

A: If you can provide us with a couple genres or songs that you like, we can look after the rest. For a wedding reception we suggest you pick all your formality songs (entrance song, first dance etc) if you need any assistance with songs, we are always here to help you out.

Q: How does the dancing on the clouds work, is it safe?

A: This low lying smoke effect rises about 12″ from the floor, taking you and your guests beyond a simple dance and into a magical moment. The white cloud effect is simply made with water and contains no chemicals or oils. it is a special dry ice effect machine (not a fog or smoke effect).

Note: This effect stays close to the ground then disappears and will not set off any smoke alarms!

Q: Do you price match?
As a rule, we do not price match. Due to the sheer amount of 'bedroom' DJs and backyard operations posing as mobile DJ companies, to get into a price war would ultimately drive down the service we can provide to you. We want to offer you a superior customer focused experience at a reasonable price where you can feel relaxed and stress free on your important event.​

Q: How do we pay?

A: A $200 deposit on your selected package is required to secure the date. Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event, normally paypal or bank transfer.
